Puerto Rico Mission Trip
As you know from our last newsletter, the trip to Puerto Rico had to be
cancelled due to COVID-19. However, we found a way to help even if we
could not go. Inflation is high here but it is even higher in Puerto Rico because
everything has to be shipped to the island adding additional taxes on
imports.
We had a tremendous mission outreach offering for Puerto Rico. Over $2500 in gifts cards from Walmart and Home Depot were donated and given to our missionary contact, Abagail, from Puerto Rico when she visited our church stateside in May. We thank you so much for your generosity. We couldn’t go in person this year, but much can be done with those gift cards
